About CIPEN College
The CIPEN College (CC) is the educational and training arm of the Chartered Institute of Power Engineers of Nigeria. It comprises the CIPEN Academy, which will run the Online Training programmes, and the Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD), compulsory for skill honing and knowledge refreshment contingent on yearly professional license renewal.
The other undertakings of the College shall be the in-house attendance training for the professional licentiate examination and pupillage training program for new and would-be power professionals. The College shall undertake unique and customised training for power engineering firms and power sector participants to upgrade knowledge and skills as required by organisations.
The College shall be headed by a Provost, who reports to the Institute’s Academic Report in all ramifications.
